Psychology Practicum Opportunity — Groves Learning Organization

St. Louis Park, Minnesota • Hybrid (On-site + Remote) • Unpaid


Practicum Experience

Psychoeducational Assessment

Under the supervision of licensed psychologists, practicum students will:

  • Conduct clinical interviews

  • Administer and score cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, personality, and social-emotional assessments

  • Write integrated psychoeducational reports

  • Participate in client and family feedback sessions

  • Participate in consultation and group supervision sessions

Students will have access to a comprehensive library of assessment measures spanning multiple domains.

We follow a developmental model of supervision, offering structured guidance early in the year and supporting increasing independence over time.

This is a hybrid practicum, with on-site testing in St. Louis Park, MN, and remote opportunities for report writing, consultation, and other responsibilities.


Practicum Details

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a doctoral-level psychology program

Hours:

  • Minimum 10 hours per week (up to 20 hours/week considered)

Commitment:

  • At least two semesters (full-year preferred)
