Job Description The Broken Arrow Police Department is currently seeking to increase its number of C.L.E.E.T. certified police reserve officers. Applicants would undergo a multi-step hiring process similar to the one in place for full-time officers
The hiring process will include: Physical agility/obstacle course Written exam Panel interview Chief interview Background investigation Polygraph examination Standardized law enforcement psychological testing (MMPI) Appointees will have uniforms, firearms, and other duty equipment issued. Successful candidates will complete a training regime with a Field Training Officer prior to being eligible for assignment. The Broken Arrow Police Reserves perform a wide variety of duties for the City of Broken Arrow and the Broken Arrow Police Department.
