Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients focusing on alleviating pain, enhancing muscle function, and maximizing physical capabilities as defined in the care plan.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants, ensuring high-quality care is delivered according to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of clients' physical abilities pre- and post-treatment, utilizing diagnostic testing to assess muscle, joint, and nerve functionality.

  • Remain accessible to assist Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring therapeutic interventions are delivered effectively while you oversee tasks.
