Summary:

Goldbelt is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide cognitive performance, resilience, behavioral health consultation, and performance optimization support to Special Tactics personnel.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct psychological assessments.
  • Deliver performance psychology and resilience training.
  • Provide cognitive performance coaching.
  • Support stress management and recovery.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case management.
  • Maintain confidential clinical documentation.
  • Assist with program reporting and performance metrics.
