Develop and implement training for users. Keep materials up to date. \tDaily administration and support of the veterinary information management system including managing profiles and roles; customization of custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts; ensuring proper closing of invoices and validation of daily data integration. \tEstablish best practices for use of veterinary information systems for in-field operations and ensure accurate recording-keeping for these activities.
\tEstablish and maintain inventory control procedures in the practice information management system to ensure appropriate stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts. \tMonitor and ensure proper registration of microchips. \tPrepare materials for charge capture reviews. \tMonitor practice compliance with established standards.
\tCreate and maintain all business requirements documentation, scope out changes to workflow, fields, and profiles and implement changes as directed. \tHost facilitated workshops and training sessions. \tResponsible for evaluating new version features, communicating value with business, implementing and pushing new versions live into production.
 Qualifications: \tHigh School Diploma \tMinimum of 5 years’ experience in veterinary practice management, health care operations or a similar environment \tStrong understanding of practice management systems and inventory controls \tProven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal \tStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \tExperience in training others \tExcellent communication and leadership abilities.   Join our team at Michigan Humane and make a positive impact, grow your skills and career, and be part of a compassionate and dedicated organization.
