Team Leader

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensures employees have the knowledge, training, tools, and equipment needed to perform their work safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Actively participates in safety meetings and training initiatives to model strong leadership behaviors
• Performs regular safety observations in the field to maintain high visibility with employees and customers
• Oversees on-the-job training to ensure it aligns with PSC and customer best practices
• Provides positive reinforcement and timely one-on-one coaching to support employee growth and accountability
• Reviews area procedures for accuracy, redlines necessary updates, and communicates changes to PSC and customer leadership
• Performs other duties as assigned to support team performance and operational excellence
Job Qualifications:
• Experience in a lead position (e.g. leadman, team leader, foreman, supervisor, etc.)
• Industrial experience is a plus but not required
• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
