Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, managing appointment scheduling and office communications, assisting in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records, engaging in conversations with prospective and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and following up on customers needs, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications include previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable engaging in sales conversations, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
