Job Summary:
Under the guidance of the System Director of Physician & Provider Recruitment, the provider recruitment coordinator is responsible for supporting recruitment and retention plans, managing the details of recruitment events, coordinating provider interview itineraries, travel and supporting physician relocation activities, as needed. The Coordinator will work closely with the administrative team to ensure accurate, appropriate, and timely communications occur within and across the Department and the Health System, as appropriate. Fulfills all duties in a manner that reflects the mission and values of the organization.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
  • Three years' relevant experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:
  • Provides concierge services to potential provider recruits (travel assistance, expense reimbursements, etc.)
  • Coordinates with hospitality coordinators and local team to ensure red-carpet candidate experience
  • Prepares and sends materials essential for AH representation at local, regional and national recruitment events
  • Assists management team with reports and presentations
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
