Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Assistant Operations Manager in commercial cleaning to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the daily operation of the company.

Operations Manager responsibilities include:

  • Making important planning and strategy decisions to ensure quality work and top performance
  • Hiring, training, and developing new employees
  • Providing inspired leadership and direction to all employees
  • Preparing and presenting employee reviews
  • Organizing and maintaining employee schedule
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary
  • Visits to facilities to inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations
  • Manage and resolve customer issues to their overall satisfaction
  • Promptly respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible
  • Transparent communication with other team members regularly, hold self accountable and accept feedback from team members
  • Manage inventory of supplies
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
  • Fill in as needed at various facilities and willingness to engage in hands-on work when team is short-staffed or behind schedule

•Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
•Have the ability to work autonomously when required
•Possess strong leadership skills and ability to be a team player
