Rapid Bath Remodel is currently seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Installer to join our growing team in the San Francisco area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will be responsible for installing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, fixtures, and completing bathroom remodeling projects in residential homes. Our installers represent our company in customers homes, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential. Prior experience in acrylic wall systems highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Install tubs, showers, wall systems, and bathroom fixtures
  • Perform demolition and preparation for new installations
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • DOCUMENT ALL STERPS FROM START TO FINISH AND PROVIDE REGULAR PHOTOGRAPHIC UPDATES TO OUR INTERNAL SUPPORT STAFF.
  • Communicate with homeowners professionally during the installation process
  • Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
Qualifications:
  • Previous bathroom remodeling or construction experience required
  • Experience with plumbing, carpentry, tile, or acrylic systems REQUIRED.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely, MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS AND TRANSPORT
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to drive to and from worksite.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in residential environments
  • Willing to participate in a background check
