A Prototyping Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing prototypes of new products or components. To thrive as a Prototyping Engineer, you need strong skills in mechanical or electrical engineering, rapid prototyping, and CAD design, usually supported by a relevant engineering degree. Position Description
As a Systems Integration Engineer, the successful candidate will design, implement and validate vehicle electrical systems by reviewing and approving device transmittals, developing vehicle-level logical schematics, conducting design/compatibility reviews, defining fusing and grounding strategies, supporting system-level validation/diagnostics, providing technical support for prototype and pre-production builds. You will also perform System Level tests for ECU integration by flashing ECU software and calibration files, performing configuraiton, commanding and analyzing self-test results, and performing functional tests.

1. Electrical Engineering - Must have electrical engineering background, either bachelor, minor or master degree, and demonstrated experience on electrical schematics design.
2. Electrical Wiring Background on harness design is well appreciated, but not a must have.
3. Systems Engineering Must have experience on systems engineering, leading or being part of a team defining and developing components interfaces and interactions.
4. Root Cause Analysis Should be able to present a logical approach to decompose a problem into small elements that can be tested/checked for their contribution on the failure mode.
