Dietary Manager - requires a CDM or equivalent.  Will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchen staff and  operations of  Dietary department.  Responsibilities include ensuring kitchen sanitation, safe food handling, inventory  protocol, ordering of food and  dietary supplies.  Looking for expecienced  manager to join our team.
