  • Coordinate multiple residential jobsites simultaneously to ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Inspect project progress regularly to guarantee full compliance with Florida wind and flood building codes.
  • Execute monthly draws and manage detailed AIA billing documentation with absolute precision.
  • Maintain real-time project visibility for ownership by updating tracking boards consistently within Monday.com.
  • Resolve complex on-site logistical and technical challenges independently without escalating minor routine issues.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing general contracting projects specifically within the state of Florida.
  • Proven experience navigating local county permitting portals and managing complex AIA billing cycles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Florida wind and flood building code compliance for residential structures.
  • Strong established subcontractor and vendor relationships within the Southwest Florida and Tampa markets.
