Position Overview
Guardian Group Solutions LLC is seeking a highly disciplined, aggressive, organized, and systematic GSOC Protective Intelligence Analyst to support Executive Protection (EP) operations and Fixed Site Security programs.
This is not a passive monitoring position. The incumbent must take ownership of the intelligence picture — proactively identifying emerging threats, aggressively driving collection efforts, and producing structured intelligence products that directly inform protective posture, travel planning, and advance operations.
This role directly supports:
  • Executive Protection travel operations
  • Advance preparation and site assessments
  • Daily protective monitoring
  • Real-time threat escalation
  • Fixed site security teams
The Analyst will also supervise and provide task direction to a Junior Intelligence Analyst.

Proactive Threat Monitoring
  • Utilize Babel Street (Insights & Match) and other OSINT platforms for continuous monitoring
  • Identify threats of violence, fixation behavior, harassment patterns, reputational risk indicators, and insider threat signals
  • Monitor social media, forums, open-source reporting, and relevant digital environments
  • Identify behavioral leakage and pre-incident indicators
  • Escalate credible threats immediately in accordance with protective protocols
Executive Protection Travel Intelligence
Produce structured intelligence products including:
  • Travel Risk Assessments
  • Country & Regional Threat Overviews
  • Venue Risk Assessments
  • Route Intelligence Summaries
  • Protest & Civil Unrest Monitoring
  • Local Crime Pattern Analysis
  • Infrastructure & Medical Risk Notes
Products must be concise, operationally actionable, and aligned with advance timelines.
Advance Intelligence Preparation
  • Conduct pre-advance intelligence collection prior to deployments
  • Review venue ownership, protest history, activist presence, and known threat actors
  • Identify Personas of Interest (POIs) within operational proximity
  • Prepare structured advance intelligence packets
  • Coordinate directly with EP Advance Agents and Team Leads
Daily Protective Monitoring
  • Maintain daily monitoring specific to assigned principals and sites
  • Track fixation behavior and escalation language
  • Produce Daily Intelligence Summaries (DIS)
  • Conduct post-event monitoring for residual threat indicators
Persona of Interest (POI) Investigations
  • Conduct structured investigations into concerning individuals
  • Perform link analysis between individuals, aliases, entities, and digital infrastructure
  • Utilize public records, corporate registries, and domain research
  • Produce legally defensible investigative documentation
Geopolitical & Operational Risk Analysis
  • Monitor global developments impacting travel and operations
  • Assess civil unrest, political volatility, and regional instability
  • Produce executive-level briefs outlining operational impact and mitigation considerations
Fixed Site Intelligence Support
  • Provide localized intelligence for estates, corporate sites, and facilities
  • Monitor criminal trends, protest activity, and targeted harassment indicators
  • Provide actionable recommendations to Site Supervisors
Junior Analyst Oversight
  • Assign monitoring and research tasks
  • Review intelligence products for quality control
  • Enforce structured documentation standards
  • Maintain systematic and repeatable analytical workflows

  • Strong analytical writing capability
  • Ability to manage multiple security accounts simultaneously
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior analysts

Work Environment
  • Florida-based preferred (remote considered)
