Job description

Now Hiring: Inside Sales Pro (Flooring) – Tucson, AZ

Ready to hustle, build real relationships, and have fun doing it? We’re looking for a driven, energetic go-getter who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, spark new connections, and grow a book of business from the ground up.
At ProSource Wholesale, we’re all about helping our trade pro members win—and we want you along for the ride. If you’re curious, competitive, and love the thrill of the chase, you might just be our next Inside Sales Pro (aka Account Manager). Bonus: you’ll be riding shotgun on our FUN Bus while doing it.
Why You’ll Love It Here

We’re not retail—and that’s a good thing. Our business is built on relationships, not transactions. That means:
  • No late nights or retail hours
  • Out at 5:00 PM—go enjoy your life
  • Sundays are yours (always)
  • Saturdays = appointment only
  • A supportive, team-first environment that’s got your back
We work hard, we win together, and we keep things fun along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is based at our Tucson showroom, where you’ll:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with current Trade Pro members and their clients
  • Hunt for new business—prospecting and cold calling to grow your territory
  • Get to know your customers’ businesses, goals, and projects so you can offer real solutions
  • Deliver an awesome, high-touch customer experience every time
  • Stay sharp on products, trends, and industry insights (we’ve got great training to help you)
  • Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM
  • Collaborate with an awesome showroom team
  • Bring the energy, stay motivated, and hit (or beat!) your goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • A natural relationship-builder with great people skills
Experience in flooring or design sales is a plus—but not required. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.

The Perks

  • $22–24/hour base + commission starting Day 1
  • Real earning potential: $75K–$100K+ annually
  • PTO, 401(k), and healthcare benefits
  • Work-life balance that actually feels like balance

If you’re ready to grow your career, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy the ride while doing it—we want to meet you.
