Program Communication and Change Management - Senior Change Manager
  • Bring communications structure and discipline to a global program team driving major transformational change
  • Analyze existing program communications and define program communications strategies and tactics for multiple project teams
  • Design and implement a program communications framework with audience needs and cadence defined for maximum program transparency
  • Create communications content and execute communications in alignment to program and project plan milestones and timelines
  • Define and drive communications approval processes supporting communications publications

Qualifications:
  • Change Experience: 7-10 years
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent
  • PMP certification required
  • PROSCI certification or similar required
  • Salesforce platform and project experience
