Overview

Kimley-Horn has a rewarding and challenging opportunity for a Marketing Intern to support their Marketing team in Salt Lake City, UT! The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills, while also demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Join Kimley-Horn's Marketing team as a full-time Summer 2026 Intern in our Salt Lake City office at 111 East Broadway, Suite 600, Salt Lake City, Utah.  This is an office-based internship.

Responsibilities

Our interns benefit from hands-on experience, technical training, and mentorship opportunities. As a valuable addition to our team, you will assist in preparing proposals, marketing materials, database maintenance and updates, market and client research, and more.

Qualifications
  • In progress of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field within the next 12-24 months
    • Team player with a positive, can-do client service attitude
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work accurately under constant time constraints, while juggling several deadline-driven requirements from multiple people
    • Passion and demonstrated drive to achieve goals
    • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) on a Windows operating system is an added benefit
