Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for proposal submissions and coordinating marketing data. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong writing and editing ability, and advanced proficiency in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including RFP/RFQ review, compliance checks, production schedules, and final submission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to gather technical content, project descriptions, resumes, and other required materials.
  • Write, edit, and tailor content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Lead proposal closeout activities, including archiving final submissions, documenting lessons learned, updating proposal metrics, andmaintainingorganized records within the marketing library.
  • Use Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas) to manage marketing databases, track proposal outcomes, and generate performance reports.
  • Demonstrate high energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Remain well-organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
  • Undertakeadditionaladministrative and marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing,English, orrelated field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in proposal coordination, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiencyin Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Excelrequired).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical staff while also managing independent responsibilities.

Pay: $60,000.
