Job Description
The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, and maintaining marketing content that supports awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth across the Vaux Technology Suite. This position serves as the primary content development resource for Vaux and works closely with internal teams and ArcBest Marketing to create compelling content that communicates the value of Vaux solutions. Success in this position requires strong writing, storytelling, project management, and creative coordination skills. The Marketing Content Specialist creates customer-facing content, supports sales enablement initiatives, manages digital content channels, coordinates marketing campaigns, and helps communicate Vaux's position as the fastest path to warehouse automation.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain customer-facing content (presentations, case studies, white papers, videos, web, and sales materials).
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing and sales messaging.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content supporting commercialization goals.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives within automation, robotics, and logistics markets.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including executive briefings, ROI narratives, and proposals.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to identify content needs and improve effectiveness.
  • Manage and update content libraries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain website content and support SEO and optimization efforts.
  • Execute digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend content and campaign improvements.
  • Coordinate creation of multimedia assets (videos, testimonials, demos, photography).
  • Capture customer success stories and develop case studies demonstrating business value.
  • Support customer advocacy and reference programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and webinars, including content and logistics.
  • Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Support campaign execution, project timelines, and content production schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
  • Track marketing performance and support reporting activities.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional commercialization efforts.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, English, Graphic Design, or related field, preferred
Experience:
  • 2 years of marketing, content development, communications, journalism, or related experience, preferred
  • Experience creating content for B2B organizations, preferred
  • Experience supporting industrial technology, logistics, manufacturing, automation, robotics, software, or related industries, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop written, visual, and digital content.
  • Experience with social media, website content management, and email marketing.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns, preferred
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Marketing automation platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools, Video editing and multimedia tools, Project management software.
Additional Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to understanding customer needs and creating content that supports business outcomes.

Other Details
Work Hours:
  • Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
Travel Requirements:
  • Minimal (0%-25%) Travel to customer sites, industry events, and internal meetings.
Compensation:
  • This is a salary position paid biweekly.
