Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to office leadership and project teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
  • Prepare, format, and review reports, proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist with project documentation, tracking, and coordination activities.
  • Maintain office records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination as needed.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and other administrative accounting functions.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.


Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in an engineering, construction, technical services, or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
