Job description

Position Overview:

The Property Tax Analyst will be responsible for managing property tax compliance for commercial real estate clients. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members while demonstrating initiative in completing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry, including but not limited to, entering property tax IDs, property tax amounts,

delinquent taxes, general property and client information

  • Monitor due dates, assessments, and tax bills for commercial portfolios
  • Maintain client records, payment histories, and jurisdictional tax rules in databases
  • Communicate with clients regarding deadlines, discrepancies, or documentation needs
  • Generate reports on tax payments, upcoming due dates, and delinquencies
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience with property tax software
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts
  • Background in accounts payable or financial record-keeping
