Professional Land Surveyor, New Brighton, PA, Somerset, PA, Cumberland, MD, or Morgantown, WV Office

Job Summary:
The EADS Group, Inc. which began operation in 1955 is actively seeking a full time Professional Land Surveyor to be part of our growing multi-discipline consulting engineering firm. This position has a flexible location at our New Brighton, PA, Somerset, PA, Cumberland, MD, or Morgantown, WV offices. This position will support our current clients and workload that includes municipal engineering, site development, transportation engineering and natural gas transmission and distribution projects. The position is responsible for all phases of surveying including the supervision and coordination of field crews and office staff, surveying calculations and preparation of final project deliverables.


Here's what we'd like to see:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in land surveying with an emphasis on topographic surveying, property surveying, natural gas distribution and transmission surveying and project management.

The preferred candidate will hold a license as a Professional Land Surveyor or have the ability to become licensed within one year in at least one of the following states: PA, MD, WV or OH.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
