Security Officer

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is a family-owned business, with 3rd generation owners and 4th generation employees. Continental has been in business since 1919, protecting our clientโ€™s businesses, property, and special events. Continental is a full-service contract security company providing security services to our clients in the city of Toledo, as well as the rest of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia.

There are 3 PT positions open for this site

This is the schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 0700 - 1500

Saturday & Sunday: 1500 - 2300

Friday & Saturday: 2300 - 0700

You will be working EVERY Weekend. When there is a Holiday and/or shut down at the plant you will also be required to cover additional hours as needed, per the Security & Operational Needs at this site.

Includes but is not limited to:

Security Officers will manage access control points for the clientโ€™s property. Security Officers will perform foot patrols to ensure the safety and security of clientโ€™s property and equipment from vandalism and theft. Security Officers will work from a comfortable guard shack and perform HOURLY PATROLS . Security Officers will have to complete Daily Activity Reports every shift and Incident Reports when necessary. Security Officers will need to be customer service orientated, have great verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Must pass a Pre-employment drug test
  • Must have a valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
  • Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service Skills
  • Prefer at least 1 year of Security Experience
