As a Property Preservation Vendor, you'll primarily work on residential properties that are vacant or in foreclosure, ensuring they remain secure, well-maintained, and compliant with client or regulatory standards. Common tasks include lawn care, debris removal, winterization, minor repairs, and periodic inspections—often documented with detailed photos and reports. You may work independently or as part of a small team, frequently traveling between properties within your assigned region. This role offers variety in daily responsibilities and the satisfaction of helping maintain community standards, with opportunities to take on larger projects or expand your service territory as you gain experience.
