Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Auburn, CA. This role supports day-to-day property operations, including coordinating maintenance requests, tracking work orders, and ensuring timely resolution of tenant and owner inquiries. The Operational Specialist assists with lease administration, data entry, and documentation to keep property records accurate and up to date. Responsibilities also include monitoring property performance metrics, helping implement operational processes, and supporting sales and leasing activities as needed. The role works closely with property managers, vendors, and residents to maintain smooth building operations and consistent service quality.
