DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew in daily field operations

Ensure safety procedures, equipment use, and regulatory requirements are followed

Communicate daily work expectations and quality standards to team members

Monitor job completion, efficiency, and overall site quality

Train and coach crew members on proper maintenance techniques and standards

Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites in a professional condition

Complete time tracking and required job documentation accurately and on time

Communicate property concerns, team issues, or client needs to leadership

Requirements

Prior landscape maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities

Valid driver’s license with experience operating a truck and trailer

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
