Location: St. Marys, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: On-Site

Property Manager needed for 180-unit, Class B+ apartment community.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies
  • Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
  • Lead property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives
  • Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
  • Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
  • Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
