Are you the person who catches the detail everyone else misses?
Do you thrive on organization, deadlines and keeping multiple moving pieces on track? Are you looking for a position where your work truly matters and you are an essential part of a successful team?
The Dar Walden Team is looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our Anchorage office.
This is not a behind-the-scenes data-entry position. You will play a critical role in guiding real estate transactions from contract to closing, supporting our agents and helping ensure our clients receive a smooth, professional experience.
Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate transactions from contract acceptance through closing
  • Track contractual deadlines, contingencies and required documentation
  • Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors and vendors
  • Maintain accurate and complete transaction files
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title requirements and closing details
  • Prepare documents and obtain signatures, initials and acknowledgments
  • Identify potential problems before they affect the transaction
  • Keep agents and clients informed throughout the closing process
  • Ensure every file meets brokerage and compliance requirements
  • Provide dependable support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Proactive, dependable and solution-focused
  • Confident working with clients and industry professionals
  • Comfortable learning and using transaction-management software
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Experience with Google Apps for Business and Microsoft Office

Some real estate experience is preferred. Experience in transaction coordination, real estate administration, title and escrow, mortgage lending, property management or another deadline-driven professional environment would be especially valuable.
The right person does not need to know everything on day one-but must be eager to learn, comfortable taking ownership and committed to getting the details right.
