Regional Manager – San Bernardino


Full Time, On-Site Leadership Role

The Regional Manager plays a key leadership role overseeing a portfolio of 4 to 11 residential communities within the San Bernardino region. This position is ideal for a seasoned property management professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is motivated by operational excellence and strong financial performance.

This leader will guide Community Managers, support on-site teams, and ensure each property delivers an exceptional resident experience while meeting organizational goals.


What You Will Lead

  • Oversight of multiple residential communities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance
  • Recruitment, training, coaching, and supervision of Community Managers
  • Implementation and monitoring of property management policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Physical asset management, including property condition, maintenance quality, and curb appeal
  • Financial performance reviews, quarterly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
  • Collaboration with the Asset Manager on strategic initiatives, special projects, and portfolio improvements
  • Regular property visits, inspections, and team engagement across assigned communities

Experience We’re Looking For

  • 5 to 7 years of on-site property management experience, including 3 years as a Community or Property Manager
  • Proven success supervising teams and leading multiple properties
  • Strong operational knowledge of residential property management
  • Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, and property management systems such as Yardi
  • Ability to build workflows, checklists, and operational procedures
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, present to groups, and collaborate with leadership
  • Experience preparing financial reports, budgets, proformas, projections, and quarterly summaries


Education & Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field
