Working with a medium-sized team of 6-15 members and reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role emphasizes efficient vendor coordination, rent collection, and property inspections to maintain high standards and tenant satisfaction. The position is primarily office-based, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms
  • Develop and oversee property budgets
