They typically work under the supervision of experienced property managers and assist with tasks such as tenant relations, rent collection, property maintenance, and administrative duties. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and prepare trainees for advancement into a full property manager position. Training may include learning legal regulations, financial management, and customer service best practices. The goal is to develop the expertise needed to efficiently oversee properties and ensure tenant satisfaction.
