The opportunity:

Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Structural Engineer to join our team in our Whitehorse office. In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our structural engineering business.

What you’ll do:

• Undertake structural engineering assignments across Canada’s north.
• Inspect and assess existing structures for l clients
• Design of concrete , steel and wooden structures.
• Design resientail, commercial and industrial buildings.
• Prepare tender packages, including supplementary technical specifications.
• Perform contract administration.
• Undertake field visits to assess structures or confirm design intent during construction.
• P.Eng. (Engineers Yukon) registered or eligible to be registered.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (accredited)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• P.Eng. (Engineers Yukon) registered or eligible to be registered.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (accredited)
