Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment management experience and a strong understanding of resident relations, leasing, and compliance. Experience with Section 8/HUD housing programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily property and office operations
  • Process applications, leases, recertifications, and resident paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with Section 8/HUD regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
  • Communicate with residents and promptly address concerns
  • Maintain accurate resident files and property records
  • Assist with occupancy goals, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Collaborate with regional management to support smooth property operations

Qualifications

  • Previous apartment property management experience required
