Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 40hrs

What You Bring as an Assistant Community Manager


You're a problem-solver and a people-person who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in apartment or affordable housing management (LIHTC, HUD, RD, Public Housing preferred).
  • Knowledge of leasing, compliance, marketing, or office administration.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Yardi or similar software preferred).
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills to assist with rent collection and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • AAS degree or some college preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications such as COS or LIHTC are preferred (or willingness to obtain).
