Job description

Job Summary:
The Property Management Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of our office. This position combines customer service, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and administrative responsibilities. Every day is different, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and helping people. Located in Bakersfield CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist owners, tenants, and prospective renters.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property showings.
  • Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
  • Manage maintenance requests by communicating with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
  • Track work orders, invoices, and repair updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in AppFolio and other office systems.
  • Prepare notices, letters, and other property management documents.
  • Assist with inspections and follow-up communications.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
