Job description

Property Management Associates is seeking an onsite Property Manager for an amazing 288-unit apartment community located in Santa Ana, CA.ย 

Compensation:

  • $28.00-$34.00 per hour
  • Free 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment valued at $2,950 per month

Job Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 3 plus years experience managing large 250-unit plus properties.
  • Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Track record of supervising Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance and vendors.
  • Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
  • Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be able to live on-site.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
  • Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must live on-site
  • One weekend day is required
  • Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
  • A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
