Job description

We are seeking a talented Acquisition & Disposition Manager to join our real estate team in Memphis, TN. The position requires management of all Acquisition/ Disposition sales teams, including Transaction Coordinator, Lead Intakes and lead managers. Manage all aspects of the day to day operations, hire & train all new employees, oversee all new leads processes, follow ups, contracts signatures, buyers
relations, closing process and more, working closely with head of marketing in order to improve marketing strategies, working directly with company’s CEO.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 5pm
  • Weekend availability (not required)

Accountabilities

  • -Oversee all Acquisition/Disposition sales team
    -Hire & train new sales agents
    -Oversee VA’s Quality Control manager on a daily basis
    -Working with Marketing Manager and set up strategies
    -Analyzing KPI reports on a weekly basis
    -Oversee Transaction Coordinator
    -Set up daily strategies for both Acquisition/ Disposition sales team
    -Reach monthly new contract goals
    -Reach monthly sales goals
    Which person we are looking for:
    -Proven experience in managing a real estate sales team of more than 6 people
    -Proven experience is Wholesale Real Estate sales
    -Quick thinker

    -Has interpersonal relationship skills

    -Comfortable with technology
