We're seeking an experienced Dispositions Manager to help maximize our wholesale deals by building strong relationships with cash buyers, marketing contracts effectively, and negotiating profitable assignments from contract to closing.
We're a locally owned real estate investment company currently closing 3-5 off-market wholesale deals each month, and we're looking for a driven professional to help us scale our business and increase deal volume.
Compensation
100% commission-based with upside earning potential. Top performers have the opportunity to earn six figures or more.

Responsibilities
• Market off-market properties to our network of cash buyers through email, phone, text, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, flippers, landlords, and cash buyers.
• Manage and grow the buyer database within the CRM.
• Coordinate property walkthroughs and buyer showings.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize assignment fees and profitability.
• Manage transactions from contract to closing, working closely with title companies and attorneys.
• Track buyer activity, property status, and key performance metrics.
• Partner with the Acquisitions team to match each property with the right buyer and ensure successful closings.
Take ownership of the dispositions process and play a key role in turning contracts into profitable, successful deals.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in wholesale real estate, dispositions, real estate sales, or investor relations.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the Richmond and Greater Virginia investment market is highly preferred.
