Job State: Full-Time / 40 hours per week
Reports To: Portfolio Manager
Location: Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Renton, Tacoma

Focused on simplifying property management, we offer tailored solutions to assist homeowners with rental properties in the Puget Sound region. Our primary goal is to help property owners maximize the value of their real estate investments while fostering strong, lasting relationships. At Haven, we are committed to ensuring seamless and transparent property management experiences for both property owners and tenants.
Role Description
Property Managers are directly responsible for the relationships between homeowners, tenants, and Haven Property Management. Being a good steward of the property owner's interests while providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our tenants. Selling the service offerings of Haven and representing the company standards at the highest levels. Clear communication with clients and intercompany personal to deliver in the required timelines at or above set expectations.
Qualifications
  • Washington State Real Estate License (non-negotiable)
  • Property management experience, including tenant relations, rental inspections, lease administration, and coordinating maintenance
  • Communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in technology tools and software used for property management
  • Understanding of local property management laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus

Important Note:
This role involves scheduling and driving between rental properties, and would require an applicant to have their own vehicle, cellphone, and home computer/laptop, if working remotely. Desktop computer and desk phone provided at office. Primary responsibility for role will be all tasks that are onsite at rental homes.
This includes but is not limited to, tenant placement, move-in and move-out processes.
Areas of Responsibility:
· Owner leads (follow up, follow through)
· New owner meetings and property evaluations
· Owner management agreement execution
· Preform property pre-inspections, present and execute on agreed items
· Property upload into AppFoilo (go-live when applicable)
· Property Showings
· Tenant application review and presenting the primary applicant
· Perform move-in process with tenants
· Perform property inspections
· Process lease renewals when applicable
· Perform move-out process and manage turn work
· Ongoing tenant relations (HOA notices, delinquencies, etc.)
· Ongoing owner relations (owner check-in, fielding direct calls, etc.)
· Property escalations from other departments
Job Requirements:
· Real Estate license for the appropriate state of business
· Personal computer with access to Microsoft Office products
· Personal cell phone
· Driver’s license with reliable transportation
· Understanding of AppFolio, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams and Office software programs
· Solution based out of the box thinking

Salary: $4000 monthly plus bonus
