Job Description:

The Principal, Cloud & AI Alliances Co-Sell Development role is responsible for scaling existing Cotality partnerships by driving market and wallet share with a primary focus on leading partner collaboration, co-sell and co-solution opportunities to accelerateclosedwon revenue via our strategiccloud and AI partnerships. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of AI technology, cloud data ecosystems, and enterprise sales, partnering with Alliance AEs and internal Sales Account Executives as well as Client Success Managers to drive and close new revenue opportunities.

  • Partner ManagementLead and execute Cotality's strategic partnership co-sellmotionwith Databricks, Google Cloud Snowflake aswellas select GSI and SI's that enable our core markets.

  • Co-Selling ExecutionDesign and operationalize joint go-to-market motions with Partner AEs to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.

  • Sales AlignmentAlign and collaborate with internal Sales Account Executives and CSMs to position joint solutions to clients.

  • Matrix CollaborationCollaborate with internal Technology, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Data Science & Analyticsteamsto drive Cotality solutions and roadmap within partnerecosystemevolving capabilities and roadmap. Deliver production-ready integrated solutions natively in the partnerecosystem and participate in strategic product launches within partner ecosystem.

  • Brand RepresentationRepresent Cotality externally as a leader in partner-driven AI enterprise solutions at partner and industry events and position Cotality as an AI first information services business.

Job Qualifications:

  • EducationBachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline required; MBA preferred.

  • ExperienceAt least 5-10 years of experience in alliances, partner management, business development, or enterprise sales preferably within data, AI/ML, ISV or SaaS withexisting strongprofessional network(s) within theDatabricks, Google Cloud and Snowflake partner ecosystems.

  • Tech & Platform AcumenStrong understanding of cloud and AI technology (specificallyDatabricks, Google Cloud and Snowflake), data platforms, LLMs, and enterprise AI deployment models and how data and information services businesses likeCotalityfit within these ecosystems.

  • Commercial Track RecordDemonstrated success in scaling complex, high-value commercial partnerships and driving partner-sourced revenue.

  • GTM StrategyAbility to build scalable joint GTM frameworks and enable sales teams with clear value propositions and use cases.

  • MindsetProactive ownership mindset, high curiosity, natural collaborator, and continuous growth-oriented.

Annual Pay Range:

140,000 - 175,000 USD
