JRE is a commercial real estate firm operating across brokerage, property management, development, and capital. We manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties and are looking for a Property Manager who takes ownership of their assets, builds lasting relationships, and holds themselves to a high standard.
The Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and vendors across an assigned portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. Day-to-day, that means keeping operations running smoothly, managing vendors, staying ahead of maintenance, and ensuring every tenant interaction reflects JRE's standards of professionalism.
What You'll Own
  • Daily operations and maintenance coordination across assigned properties
  • Tenant relations, lease administration, and move-in/move-out management
  • Vendor contracts, service coordination, and performance oversight
  • Budget preparation, invoice review, and monthly financial reporting
  • Collaboration with accounting, leasing, and ownership stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in commercial or mixed-use environments
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
  • Proactive communicator with a service-first mindset
  • Financial acumen and comfort with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
