This candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and clearly demonstrate leadership competency.
Job Requirements
  • Required experience includes conventional lease up participation, effective project plan execution and executive level reporting, plus annual budget preparation and performance.
  • Professional apparel and overall appearance required.
  • OneSite knowledge and 'lease up' experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager in the overall operation of the apartment community.
  • Greet and provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Support leasing activities, including conducting tours, processing applications, preparing leases, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
  • Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, notices, and resident correspondence.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team on work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and other applicable regulations.
