Job description

Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspection Specialist to perform annual property inspections and move-out inspections for residential rental properties.
Responsibilities
• Conduct regular inspections of properties under management to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly, including photographs and detailed notes
• Communicate inspection results to relevant stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and internal management teams
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address identified issues in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date records of inspection reports and related documentation
• Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize future issues
• Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from property owners and tenants regarding property conditions
Qualifications
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software applications
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
• Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form
• 1+ year of previous work experience conducting home inspections or working in construction field
• Must have working knowledge of basic home systems including plumbing, HVAC units, electrical, and security alarms
• Strong multitasking skills and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and able to travel by car
