Optimus Property Management, Inc. ( www.opminc.com ), based in Century City, CA, is a full-service property management company known for its high standards, professionalism, and growth opportunities is seeking a full-time Property Handyman to assist with minor renovations and handle tenant repairs at various properties in Los Angeles.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment
  • Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, drywall, and flooring repairs
  • Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness at all work sites
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation to visit various locations/job sites
  • Proficient in English
  • Authorized to work in the US

Physical Demands:
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl

Compensation:
  • $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience
  • $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days & $500 after six months of consistent employment)
