Job description

We are seeking a detailoriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and leasing activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth property operations while delivering excellent customer service to tenants, vendors, and prospective clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant and vendor inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, compliance activities, and work orders
  • Schedule and manage vendor services; assist with bids and contract documentation
  • Track estimates and obtain approvals as needed
  • Process prospective tenant applications and supporting financial documentation
  • Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule tours, and support lease renewals
  • Assist with drafting leases, addendums, proposals, and property correspondence
  • Process invoices and assist with operating expense reconciliations


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of related property management or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment


Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Primarily sedentary role with up to 90% sitting
  • Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Moderate office noise level
