The role

This pillar owns the demand side — partner channels and digital demand gen. You'll lead a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers, and you're accountable for the numbers: CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution. The IVP framework only matters if it drives acquisition. Your job is to make sure it does, across every channel we operate in.

What you'll own

  • Channel strategy — Own the channel mix across partner and digital — setting investment priorities, performance targets, and GTM playbooks per channel.
  • Team leadership — Manage and develop a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers. Translate IVP messaging into channel-native execution.
  • Performance ownership — Own CAC and ROAS targets across the pillar. Report progress in business reviews with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner enablement — Ensure partner channels have the tools, messaging, and incentives to sell the integrated value prop effectively.

What we're looking for

  • Growth marketing background — Deep in performance and/or partner channels. Knows what levers actually move CAC at scale.
  • Commercial fluency — Speaks in ROAS, LTV, payback period. Owns the number, doesn't borrow it.
  • Team builder — Has hired and developed channel and demand gen talent. Raises the floor, not just the ceiling.
  • Multi-brand experience — Managed channel strategy across multiple products or brands simultaneously. Knows how to prioritize.

The base salary range for this position is: $171,600- $215,200* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
