The Ideal Candidate
  • Passionate Sales Leader & Hunter: You use your deep industry knowledge, enthusiasm, and relentless work ethic to generate and close high-value prospects. You possess a proven track record of selling B2B SaaS solutions, ideally within the self-storage, prop-tech, or commercial real estate sectors.
  • Results-Driven: You have a verifiable history of consistently meeting and exceeding mid-market or enterprise sales quotas. The thrill of hunting for new facility partners and expanding business with existing operators drives your daily success.
  • Strategic Relationship Builder: You play the long game by building deep-rooted relationships within local communities and national organizations, while maintaining the tactical edge required to ask for and win business through those relationships.
  • Reliable & Self-Directed: You operate with extreme autonomy and resourcefulness, thriving in the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of a growing tech start-up.
Your Specific Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise and regional business opportunities within assigned geographies, securing high-value contracts.
  • Key Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with major facility owners and multi-unit operators.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain an immaculate CRM deal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a leader and mentor within the sales, customer success, and product teams to optimize the client journey.
  • Culture Champion: Foster and maintain an entrepreneurial, high-performance growth culture across all company work functions.
  • Proposal Management: Lead responses to complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and issue strategic quotations for high-value partners.
Qualifications & Skills
  • SaaS & Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models, annual contract values (ACV), and cloud-based software architectures. Direct experience with smart technology, IoT solutions, or prop-tech is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Selling: Advanced sales planning, territory management, and value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler).
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch concisely to C-suite executives and property owners alike.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Proven capability to navigate complex procurement processes, legal reviews, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
Education & Experience
  • Required: 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strict focus on software/SaaS solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience selling into commercial real estate, property management, or the self-storage ecosystem.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desired.
  • Tools: Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and advanced CRM sales pipelines
Compensation & Benefits
  • Highly Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped OTE (Commission Structure)
