Job description

This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center - PDC in Forth Woth, TX. This position serves as a member of the legal services staff responsible for one or more aspects of creating loan closing documents, appointment setting, collateral processing, and disbursing loan funds to borrowers.Qualifications:GS-06: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
  • Communicating clear and concise information to management, co-workers, or outside parties in a courteous and professional manner
  • Using desktop computers and software programs to prepare and/or update documents, such as correspondence, electronic spreadsheets, or databases in the performance of daily duties
  • Maintaining or safeguarding documents/records containing sensitive or confidential information in a business environment, such as documents containing personal financial information or Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Preparing and proofing legal documents
