Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager who has demonstrated experience in corporate branding or marketing, preferably within the Promotional Products Industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their promotional needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth and brand recognition.  If you are passionate about building client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!  

Key Responsibilities:

-Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and promotional needs for current and future projects
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic promotional campaigns aligned with their objectives

Solution Development and Delivery:

  • Utilize industry knowledge and product expertise to recommend and present innovative solutions that meet client specifications and budget requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, from concept development to final production

Sales and Business Development:

  • Forecast the needs of clients throughout the year
  • Share new and innovative ideas with clients on a consistent basis 
  • Stay informed about industry trends by attending industry tradeshows, seminars, and webinars
  • Partner with external/outside sales representatives to assess and address client needs 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred not required 
  • Minimum  2 to 3 years direct experience in account management, marketing, sales, or  business development in the promotional products and branding industry
  • Strong communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport  and credibility with clients and vendors. Must have experience communicating with senior business leaders 
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced  environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred including CommonSKU or Antera 
  • The ideal candidate is team-oriented, eager to contribute ideas, support peers, and foster a positive work environment
  • Candidates with knowledge of the promotional products industry, printing techniques, and branding strategies will be given strong consideration
