Job description

Promotional employees serve samples of our alcohol & non alcohol beverages for the purpose of creating public interest in buying our products. Employees may be required to dress in branded attire and to be socially engaging while maintaining the company's standards of conduct.
• Must 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen
• Must be committed to the responsible use of alcohol and understand and adhere to local and federal alcohol related laws
• Must understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Must be able to obtain a Serving Permit
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to work in diverse establishments where alcohol is sold/consumed, cigarette smoke may be present. The employee is required to spend time in a vehicle traveling to account locations in varying weather and traffic conditions. The employee may be required to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and/or holidays in order to accommodate customer needs or special events. The noise level in customer environments may range from moderate to loud.
The physical demands described here are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach, bend, twist, squat, and carry on a repetitive basis. This employee may lift up to 30 lbs to overhead level; ability to climb a ladder or step stool. The employee is regularly required to travel to account locations.
High School diploma or higher. Previous promotion or sales experience preferred.
